PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted via email or WhatsApp with an alternative option.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding UAE & international public holidays).

  • Weekend orders are shipped on Monday (unless it is a holiday).

  • Tracking details are sent via email once dispatched.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays and new launches.

FAILED DELIVERIES / INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays.

  • Contact whatsApp support: +971509051615  immediately for address corrections.

  • Returned shipments due to incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges.

  • Refused shipments may result in courier charges deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural events, or courier issues.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of delays.
