RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for orders delivered within the UAE and KSA only.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Non-Eligible Orders

  • International orders (outside UAE & KSA) are not eligible for return.

  • Final sale, customized, or excluded items remain non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.

  2. Collection will be arranged within 2–5 working days.

  3. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected according to our return policy.

  4. If approved, the refund process will begin.

STORE CREDIT & REFUND POLICY

For eligible returns within UAE & KSA (within 10 days of delivery), customers may choose between:

Option 1: Store Credit

  • Full amount (excluding original shipping fee) will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit does not expire.

  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

  • If your new order exceeds the credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid.

Option 2: Refund

  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, you may return your eligible product (within UAE & KSA only and within 10 days of delivery) according to our Return Policy and place a new order separately.
